Anne and Brian are both from Columbus–and have lived and worked in central Ohio most of their lives. Brian received Master Technician certification in all facets of carpet and upholstery cleaning and care in 1985. Brian also served as an Operations Manager for a carpet cleaning company providing services under the name of two major department stores in the area.
All tolled, Brian has over 25 years in the industry. Over the years, Brian observed that most-all companies talk about quality and service–but when it comes down to it, it’s all about up-sales and turnover. So, Brian founded Heartland Carpet & Upholstery Care on the idea that customers would appreciate a company that truly delivered consistent high quality and excellent service–without high pressure sales. And, Heartland Carpet & Upholstery Care have grown to be one of central Ohio’s top-rated carpet cleaning services.
Anne’s official title is our Office Manager, but Anne does so much more. Primarily, Anne’s our Customer Relationship Manager. Anne is the one who will provide your initial estimate, help you avoid surprises, schedule your service, and insure you are happy with your service.
